These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Playlist Cleaner (the "App"), a mobile application that helps you find and remove duplicate videos from your YouTube playlists. By downloading, signing in, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Destructive actions: removing duplicate videos permanently deletes those entries from your playlist. The App does not maintain a backup of removed items — this action cannot be undone through the App. Review what will be removed before confirming.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Duplicate detection is based on matching video IDs and may not catch every case you consider a duplicate (e.g., different uploads of the same song).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Playlist Cleaner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of playlist data resulting from the removal feature.
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and/or deleting it from your device. We may discontinue the App or restrict access at our discretion, including if we become aware of misuse.
The App relies on the YouTube Data API and Google Sign-In, which are third-party services outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or restrictions imposed by Google/YouTube that affect the App's functionality.
These Terms are governed by generally applicable consumer protection and data privacy principles, without designating a specific jurisdiction's courts as exclusive. Where local law grants you mandatory rights, those rights remain unaffected.
